Our Host Partners are organizations—public, private, NGO—of any size, anywhere, that are made up of people who care deeply about:

  • Stabilizing the climate

  • Building local and global community

  • Learning the critical 21st century skill of global collaboration

You
work

with a private company, government agency or NGO that has demonstrated success in carrying out climate solutions in areas such as:

  • Renewable energy

  • Energy efficiency

  • Agriculture and food

  • Urban greening and reforestation

  • Girls’ education and health

You

a team of 2 to 4 WCC Fellows, ages 23 to 26, for one year. Fellows are likely to add the most value by focusing on community engagement efforts in many forms:

  • Marketing
  • Social media

  • Sales

  • Data collection

  • Energy audits

  • Volunteer management

You
welcome

the new perspective and insights that Fellows will bring, and you  give Fellows the opportunity to suggest innovative ideas and carry them out.

  • You are ready to play an important mentoring role for these future Climate-Community Leaders
  • You also benefit from the insight and ideas from the full 25-member team of Fellows in your community and the WCC staff

  • You plan on being colleagues and friends for life with the Fellows you host and get to know
